DECK INSTRUCTORS (Management/Operational Level)
- Graduate of BS Marine Transportation
- At least 2/M to Master Mariner licensed
- With at least 18 months shipboard experience as Officer-in-Charge
- Not more than 70 years old
- Completed an IMO Model Course 6.09 is an advantage
ENGINE INSTRUCTORS (Management/Operational Level)
- Graduate of BS Marine Engineering
- At least 3/E to Chief Engineer licensed
- With at least 18 months shipboard experience as Officer-in-Charge
- Not more than 70 years old
- Completed an IMO Model Course 6.09 is an advantage
Function 2 Assessor (Engine)
- Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer
- Completed the Instructor’s Training Course (IMO Model Course 6.09) or earned at least 18 units in teacher education on teaching methodologies, test and measurement is an advantage
- Completed the Training Course in Assessment, Examination and Certification of Seafarers (IMO Model Course 3.12) or earned at least an equivalent training is an advantage
- Completed the Train the Simulator Trainer and Assessor (IMO Model Course 6.10), or approved Training Course for Simulator Instructors and Assessors is an advantage
- Minimum of one (1) year teaching experience
Function 3 Assessor (Engine)
- Preferably Operational Level
- Completed Instructor’s Training Course (IMO Model Course 6.09) or earned at least 18 units in teacher education on teaching methodologies, test and measurement
- Completed Training Course in Assessment, Examination and Certification of Seafarers (IMO Model Course 3.12) or earned at least an equivalent training
- Completed the Train the Simulator Trainer and Assessor (IMO Model Course 6.10), or approved Training Course for Simulator Instructors and Assessors is an advantage
- With at least one (1) year shipboard training experience
- Minimum of one (1) year teaching experience
Function 4 Assessor (Engine) / Function 3 (Deck)
- Preferably One (1) Operational Level and One (1) Management Level
- Completed Instructor’s Training Course (IMO Model Course 6.09) or earned at least 18 units in teacher education on teaching methodologies, test and measurement
- Completed Training Course in Assessment, Examination and Certification of Seafarers (IMO Model Course 3.12) or earned at least an equivalent training
- Completed Train the Simulator Trainer and Assessor (IMO Model Course 6.10), or approved Training Course for Simulator Instructors and Assessors
- With at least one (1) year shipboard training experience

Function 2 Assessor (Deck)
- Preferably Management Level
- Completed Instructor’s Training Course (IMO Model Course 6.09) or earned at least 18 units in teacher education on teaching methodologies, test and measurement
- Completed Training Course in Assessment, Examination and Certification of Seafarers (IMO Model Course 3.12) or earned at least an equivalent training
- Completed Train the Simulator Trainer and Assessor (IMO Model Course 6.10), or approved Training Course for Simulator Instructors and Assessors
- With at least one (1) year shipboard training experience
- Minimum of one (1) year teaching experience
INSTRUCTIONAL LABORATORY SERVICE ENGINEER
- Male
- 25 to 35 years old
- Single or Married
- Graduate of BSECE / BSEE
- Preferably with PRC License
- Must have 1 - 2 years experience in performing calibration, preventive maintenance and inventory of laboratory equipment including instrumentation and control, pneumatic and hydraulic, electromechanical, ref and aircon and can perform and set up exercises/experiments and conduct troubleshooting of equipment.
